Todd and Stephanie both have an incredible knowledge of both the theory and practice of Ashtanga yoga, and they bring different yet complementary approaches to their teaching. I have also had the pleasure of getting to know both of them outside the studio, and the way in which they bring the larger practice of yoga to their lives is inspirational. It is commonly believed that scoliosis cannot be improved without surgery after late adolescence. It is an integral part of who I am at this point.
